We offer fishing that is both fun and bountiful at the same time. We also provide coverage from the sun, toilets, extra space to fish, as well as GPS to get you on the fish in the blink of an eye.

Out on a 6 hour trip. Got 6 dorado. Beautiful day. Here's a shot sitting in the chair while waiting!

Been catching some dorado, tuna, wahoo and triggers (with a little bottom fishing). Here is a photo of a pretty good size wahoo caught on 22 June

Merinero Tournament - 6 June

A local fishing tournament brought out a crowd of over 40 boats. While one of our trips caught and released a sailfish (which was not allowed in this tournament), the Albatros brought in the biggest fish on this particular day. It was a 41lb dorado (mahi).

Dorado are running

The past few days we have been catching dorado (mahi) on each trip. We had one boat out for 4 hours today and they caught 4 dorado. One of them was 51 inches! The other boat was out for 6 hours and brought in 3 dorado but lost a blue marlin. The blue marlin did take some blood though! The mate was scratched.

This was one of the 7 dorado caught yesterday! Both of our boats, Albatros and Frigate caught dorado (mahi) yesterday. This is just one of the 7 caught.

We started off our day on the Albatross with Captain Jack, Tony and Alexandro. The weather very questionable. A lot of storms and lightning around, but they persevered. Fishing was slow for much of the trip, but they worked tirelessly to try to put us on fish. The weather may have affected our luck. We would definitely recommend this charter! The captain, first and second mate were amazing. Manuel and the 2nd mate made everything extremely easier for our group. We landed our first fish within 20 mins of the lines in the water, and were busy with fish on all day long.

The crew was awesome for our trip. They worked hard at keeping fresh bait out and keeping hooks clear. There was a lot of vegetation that we were fishing thru and it was constantly building up on the lines. We ended up catching 3 mahi and 2 barracudas. Nothing big but good sizes to eat.

Thank you Caleb! Yes, we do get a good amount of sargassum this time of year. On the one had it attracts the dorado, but on the other, we constantly need to be clearing the drag on the lines from it! Thank you for your business and for taking the time to write up a review for us!
