Justin did a very good job in guiding me to top fishing spots and sharing his knowledge! We where fishing topwater for Barra, Queenfish and GT and had many misses, unfortunately none of them sticked to the lure - my mistake or maybe bad luck ;) very notable was a 20kg spanish mackerel who grabbed my lure and unfortunately cut the line with its razorshap teeth! I thoroughly recommend Justin to anyone who wants to have a good time fishing the estuaries in Cairns.

Skipper Justin was a top bloke who has forgotten more about watercraft than i will ever know. He put us on the fish as good as anything. Any missed hits were on us no doubt. Walked away with a lovely Finger Mark for dinner and couldn’t be happier. Great morning fishing in a stunning spot. Don’t hesitate to book Justin for a day on the water. Thanks mate! Great day on the water in a great boat, excellent gear, with top notch guide. A quiet Saturday for bites at the mid/end of a dry spell for FNQ when bait fish numbers are low and prawns scarce, but we managed to pick up a few smaller targeted Fingermarks. The surprise however was the Barra and Queenfish that stole the days crown, making for a memorable day on the water. Thx Justin, your knowledge of the local waterways was invaluable to a great day out. 😉🍻

We had a lovely morning out in the boat with Justin. Our son was very chuffed about catching his first big fish. We caught another keeper then our daughter caught a Finger Mark. It wasn’t big enough to keep but she was happy with her fish. Justin worked hard to get us into the best spots possible. We went straight to Tia’s Cafe on Justin’s recommendation and had them cooked beautifully. So yummy! Thanks for a fun morning Justin. 😊🎣👍

Justin used his experience to find fish on a day where the fish were not wanting to be found. He kept our group both amused and interested on a day that wasn’t an easy day to catch fish. He did find us some nice specimens and we took them to a brilliant little restaurant he recommended to us that cooked them to perfection for us. Beautiful day, good company and a top meal to top it off. We highly recommend this skipper.
