Captain Seth is amazing! Clean nice boat!!! We are a bunch of fishing newbies and only booked for 4 hr trip. Captain located fish very quickly in the morning but we lost it. Then we had no luck and went to shore fishing and hooked up a green kawaii strange fish hahaha very fun. Some of us had sea sick, was offered ginger chew to recover. Then captain didn’t give up, sent us back to blue water and we caught a tuna!🍣 Captain took great care of us, cut us pineapple and provided cold drinks on the boat. Also sashimi the fish for us :) super fresh and good taste! Hope we come back next time for a longer trip and catch other species!!!

We had an absolutely incredible time on our first charter fishing trip in Kona! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The boat was spotless, spacious, and very well-maintained—perfect for our family of 4 (with two young children).

Captain Seth and the crew team, Rick were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took us to some great fishing spots, and we ended up catching Uku and Triggerfish. Each kid got to reel in the fish. It was such a thrill and definitely a highlight of our trip to the Big Island.

To top it off, they cleaned and packed the fish for us to take —which made for an amazing sashimi lunch! (Captain Seth even provided us a guideline how to prepare the fish for sashimi.)

My trip with Captain Seth was an absolute blast.  The weather was perfect, almost no waves, it was like being on a lake.  We had a phenomenal fishing day. 9 fish in the boat.  I was so tired fighting fish I could barely lift my arms by the end of the day.  Seth is very knowledgeable of the ocean, the weather and shared with us lots of local Hawaiian information and history.  I loved his boats set up.  The last charter i took, we sat in the back of a big galley boat’s cabin and smelled diesel smoke.  No fun!  I cant wait to come back again and fish on his boat.  A five star day!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything about our experience was 5 star. It always begins with the vibe and a captain who wants to provide an amazing experience. Seth did that and even more. His energy, effort and attitude are as good as I’ve ever been around on a boat. He’s passionate and knowledgeable in these waters. I can’t say enough good things about him…just do the right thing and book right now. You’ll be grateful that you did. My son Brodie and I caught the fish of a lifetime with Seth, 500lb blue marlin!  However, if we didn’t land one it would have still been memorable and FUN!!

We enjoyed our catch for dinner that night. It was over the top delicious. Capt Seth was very knowledgeable about fishing and local history. He made sure we were comfortable and safe. Great advice and willing to be flexible to what we wanted to catch. He was a very good communicator. We will definitely book with him when we come back again.
