Seth is a top notch captain and goes above and beyond doing everything possible to get fish in the boat! We had our 6 year old son that only really wanted to catch his first Mahi Mahi and Seth knew exactly what to do to make this happen! What a fun experience and awesome boat to fish off of! My son and I went out for bottom fishing. We had a great time. Capt Seth constantly explained to us what he was doing and what was going on. Lost a few got a few but that’s fishing. Got shark bit on a shibi. We got a Hawaiian hogfish which was very nice. Capt Seth kept us out a longer than we paid for because we saw some birds diving and we headed over. We were able to land a perfect size aku. He wanted to make sure we had a good time. Highly recommend going out with Capt Seth.

We booked a private sport fishing charter for five, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The captain went above and beyond—he extended our time on the water just so we could catch fish, then filleted them for us afterward. He made sure we were comfortable the whole time and shared a ton of interesting history about Kona and sport fishing, which made the trip even more special. Captain Seth and team are amazing and i highly recommend them for newcomers and experienced anglers alike. They were extremely kind and patient with my children (11, 14) and taught us everything we needed to know. Seth put us on fish and we were fortunate enough to land a beautiful marlin (which was released) and a tasty Otaru that we promptly turned into poke for our family to enjoy. We will use Captain Seth on our next trip and I highly recommend you do as well.
