My granddaughter and I spent a half day fishing [ catching ] , a day of enjoyment , great guide taught us both the finer points of catching reef fish . We fished multiple spots , the guide provided excellent high quality equipment to match his knowledge of the sea . Memories my granddaughter and I can share for years ! Capt Willie picked us up at our place and we got right to it.  Started out hooking some snapper. We hit a few spots and then Capt dove for some lobster. He worked diligently and raised 4 nice sized ones. We then went to Blanco Playa where we chilled out. He continued to work hard but thia time like he was on Hells Kitchen. My husband and I had a great time with Captain Willy! Neither of us are particularly experienced in fishing, but Captain Willy gave us some pointers along the way that helped. We started stopping along the way so Willy could catch us some bait with the bait net, then carried on to a few fishing spots. My wife and I are in Belize celebrating our honeymoon, and we had the greatest time out on the water with Captain Wilfred! We caught yellow, red and black snapper of all sizes and had a blast touring about the island on this private boat. The lunch was indescribably amazing, between the fresh food and Willy’s amazing cooking skills we were delighted. We had fun snorkeling and saw multiple sea turtles, sting rays, and even an old shipwreck. All around 100/10, we plan to come back with family!

When you come to Belize this is a must do trip with Captain Wilfred. My family had a blast fishing for snapper and mackerel, which my son caught a nice 5-6 pounder.  Then off to a gorgeous beach where Captain prepared our catch using local spices, veggies and seasonings. This was our best lunch on the entire trip, and the food in Belize is scrumptious. The grand finale was a guided snorkeling trip on the barrier reef. We saw lobster, barracuda, angelfish, stingrays and many many more! Just amazing…!
