Reel, Grill & Chill Belize 

I booked the full day trip for the family. It worked very well for us giving everyone something. We caught a nice variety of reef fish on the top and bottom. Captain had us on fish all day! Lunch was one of the best meals of the week. kids enjoyed the shallow flat with an abundance of shells. Snorkeling spot was pretty amazing. Better than Ho Chan for inexpierenced snorklers (much shorter swim, no fee, and still a great reef). We saw nurse sharks, rays, eels, and a nice variety of fish. The highlight was a beautiful yellow and black starfish. We couldn't find turtles, we will leave that for the next trip. FYI trip was kid friendly (11 and 16). Would book again.

We spent the day on the water with Willie B during our honeymoon and had an absolute blast. We caught barracuda, snapper, and mackerel, and the whole experience felt laid back, authentic, and fun from start to finish. The highlight of the day was Willie cooking our catch for us on a remote beach. Hands down, it was some of the best food we had on the island — fresh, simple, and unbelievably good after a day out fishing. Between the fishing, the scenery, and the incredible meal, this ended up being one of our favorite experiences in Belize. Highly recommend booking a day with Reel, Grill & Chill if you want a great day on the water with good people and amazing food.

The day started off w/Capt Willy picking me up at the beach property pier! We started off trolling and drifting unsuccessfully….then Willy took us to our 3rd spot and we started catching Snapper. After it died down we moved to a GREAT 4th location….and crushed Snapper for about a solid hour! We fished through a 20 minute rain and wind storm. Willy ensured i was safe, the boat was well positioned and that we were still catching fish!!! Capt Willy then drove me back to the beach house pier and fileted some of the Snapper that we kept. I fried them up for dinner that night and had an amazing feast with our friends that are on the trip with us….THANK YOU Capt Willy!

We had an amazing time with Captain Willie. We had a group of 3 and ended up catching about 25-30 fish including a bunch of snapper and even a few decent sized baracuda. It was cool catching our own bait fish with the net and then going out and having success with them. He made us a delicious lunch served right on a private beach. Then we finished it off snorkeling where we saw nurse sharks, thousands of fish, turtles, eels, sting rays, and coral. Thanks so much for the amazing trip and the great communication before.

Willy, the captain, picked us up at our hotel dock. We then ventured to the fishing area on the south side of the island. The bite started slow so we tried a few different spots before the fish woke up and started hitting our baits. We caught multiple Mackeral, Snapper, and Yellowtail. Willy fileted some fish for us and we brought it to a local restaurant where they prepared it for us for dinner. Overall great experience fishing with Willy. Great guy and he knows the area well. Highly recommend.
