The crew worked their but off to try and get us on fish. Absolutely zero questions about that. They had a fleet of Penn II reels, and we’re amazing at their craft. Tying knots with 30-100lb line is hard and they were amazingly fast at swapping out tackle. One thing I did not like whatsoever is that every piece of cut tag line was simply thrown overboard into the ocean. Why do that? The boat is was OK, and I don’t know exactly what was up, but clearly there was a tiny concern from the captain about a little extra exhaust on the way back to port. The price was right though, especially compared to other options. My kid had a great time catching bait fish, 5 and 6 at a time actually. One nice Jack was the only big catch of the day, but that’s just part of fishing. We trolled for big game, and it’s pretty impressive to see 7 lines out there. Just didn’t get to see the big Mahi or sailfish hammer the Bonita that was just waiting to be eaten. Saw some awesome sting rays flipping out of the water and even saw a humpback whale.

I went with my family for a 3/4 day trip.  Meeting up went smoothly and we were on our way.  The crew was friendly and knowledgeable, lunch was pretty basic, but we didn’t go for the food.  We hooked a marlin, but my boys weren’t able to pull it in.  They enjoyed the experience though and we all were happy.  I pulled in a Mahi Mahi and they cleaned it, giving us 2 filets for dinner which were great.  We didn’t get many other bites, but overall had a great time.

We highly recommend! Miguel was an amazing guide. We caught two 40 lb tuna, hooked a 40 lb mahi mahi, and a 400 lb blue Marlin! We got every fish we wanted. Great experience!
