Captain Kent called several days before the trip to find out exactly what we were looking for. Our trip with Kent went very well. Unfortunately, due to the season, we caught only two small red snappers but it was not for a lack of effort! Kent spent a lot of time trying to get us in a good spot and even tried a couple of different fishing methods. Capt. and his wife Bobby were very nice and very informative on what they were doing and what we would be doing. They were so laid back and funny. We will definitely be booking with him again. We booked an off shore charter with Captain Kent when we got out on the gulf the seas were pretty rough 3 of the 6 got pretty sea sick, they were very accommodating about that, captain Kent still got us on 5 fish unfortunately two were out of season. This was our first time off shore and didn’t know what to expect but I would say they set the bar super high, they were friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this captain and crew especially if you are new!

Wanted to take my Dad out deep-sea fishing for the first time for his birthday. I decided to book with Kent and Bobbi of Broke Tip Charter and it was a great decision. They were both great and very helpful during the entire experience. We caught a lot of fish and the the kids had a blast helping reel of them in.
