Went out with Captain Jim 12/29 with my two boys 18 and 14. The day before our trip we had torrential rain needless to say we were expecting a bad day on the water. Conditions were not what you would expect in Key Largo. That said Captain Jim and his mate Steve put us on the fish working bottom and top water. Our first time in Key Largo and did some kite fishing. Captain Jim put us on some nice sailfish and mahi. We were hooked up within about 15 minutes of him putting the kites out! Better eat your wheaties in the morning be prepared to fight some fish! The captain was very skilled and knowledgeable out on the water, answered every question we had for him. Highly recommend and hope to be back one day!

This was the exact fishing trip my boys and I have been dreaming of for years. We’ve fished in lakes in Minnesota, and we’ve fished for halibut in Alaska, but this was the greatest! Captain Jim and his crew man Mike made us feel right at home, helping us quickly learn how to fish in the ocean and making the whole thing fun. We lost count of how many Mahi we caught! These guys pay attention and make the trip meaningful and personal. Really top notch - highly recommended.

Was kinda choppy so wanted to drift instead of troll . Kite fished for the first time ever . That was a great bonus . Caught grouper, snapper, Jack , Mahi. 11 lbs filet for dinner. Great trip with Jim and Sean . Definitely would fish with them again.
