We had a nice time, only landed 12 keepers. Would have liked to have caught a couple more red fish, that the reason it is called fishing. Captain Mahan called and advised that the fish had been biting earlier and moved up the staring time. I really appreciated the heads up.. New the spots where the drums were biting.

Glad you were able to land these 12 keepers. Black Drum are some of my favorite to eat! Hope you enjoy them as well. Glad you were able to bring in a Whiting & a Redfish as well. Fun 1/2 day trip with you guys.

Great fishing with Jon, he was ready to get us on the fish and strived to do it. According to local shops we were told due to all the rain, not many people were catching anything. Jon got us on the fish and sometimes slow with weather, we did catch our fish and he made sure we got them. Awesome trip, recommended again.!

Such an awesome fishing experience. Captain Jon goes above and beyond! Came home with Reds and limited out on Sheepshead…. They were biting so we went over our time…Jon “doesn’t leave if the fish are biting”. Thank you Captain Jon for making even a freezing day on the water fun with lots of fish to take home!

Thank you for the kind review. I wish it wouldn’t have been so cold and windy, but that’s how it goes sometimes! We still caught lots of fish! I often get more excited than the customers do when one of those drag pulling redfish is on the line! Also, as far as groceries, it’s hard to beat those tasty sheepshead.
