Well I really do not know how to describe our trip accurately. I have fished literally my entire life. We are fairly new to saltwater fishing so I booked three trips for my sons 19th birthday and each cancelled on us for various reasons. Captain Jon Mahan accepted a last minute booking and it was absolutely incredible. The first hour was good fishing. My son and I caught all the fish that we wanted to keep. Perfect day fishing! Limit in reds in half an hour, limited on drum right after, then caught a bull red apiece all on a half day trip! Couldn’t have been a better fishing day. 2nd time we have booked with him and will book next time too.
