We had a great morning and caught some nice fish. I especially wanted my son-in-law to be able to fight a NZ trout. We weren’t disappointed! Marty, our skipper handled everything efficiently and effectively and was easy to make conversation with. Thank you, Marty for a wonderful morning on the lake.

Fantastic morning out on the lake. Marty was very knowledgeable, and we had an amazing experience catching 4 trout ( 2 kept and two released). on a local butcher who smoked and vacuumed packed them ready for collection the next morning. Thanks so much Karen & Pete

It was truly a perfect activity. We often go fishing, but this is the first time fishing from a boat on a lake. The weather is great and the scenery is beautiful. The result is also very perfect. The best thing is that Marty was very nice throughout the whole process and gave us a perfect activity experience. In the end, he also cleaned and packed the fish for us to take home. We can also watch and feed seagulls. It’s wonderful!

Really enjoyable experience.  Little fishing knowledge learnt a lot and brought back half a dozen fish.

First ever trout fishing charter for my sons 19th, along with two other teens. They all loved it, we took home two trout to eat, and lots of memories for my mum and I who grew up on Lake Taupo fishing for trout. Excellent trip and highly recommend.
