Thank you for your candid review. I am sorry you did not have a good experience as it was choppy and then had to come back in about 15 minutes early due to the storm that came in with lightning. We are also honest about the size of our boat and on the website it says all about the boat. We also do start out baitfishing, it is part of the experience as we fish with live bait as well as squid and sorry you did not enjoy that part of it as well. I hope you enjoy the rest of your trip and we are sorry ro hear you would not recommend.

I’m sorry you didn’t catch many take home fish. Captain likes to do a little variety. Catch some fish to keep and then catch some that put on a good fight. Sorry if you could not keep those fish. On a 6 hr he tries to farther and get bigger fish some fish unfortunately are not in season like the big red snappers. And they do have to be released back right now. We again are sorry you didn’t catch very many keepers.

I would like to start by apologizing for the not so great experience. I am sorry that we do still go fishing if it is raining. We do try to go around storms and I know it rained on and off during your trip so I am sorry for that as well. And yes we will not go into the gulf if it is too rough and have other fishing options in the bay in these occasions. As long as it is not lightening or extreme heavy rain then we still do go. We do believe in being safe which I believe the captain did do. However I understand that it was frustrating not being able to go into the gulf and not having beautiful weather.

I would like to apologize for the weather being really bad and wind blowing like crazy and was too rough to go into the gulf. Sometimes we fish with light tackled to make the trip more fun.We have caught 40pound red fish with light tackle. We have plenty of fishing rods and room on boat as it is a 6 pack boat that is 26ft long. We try to make every trip as safe and pleasant as possible and sorry if we still tried to go fishing in not so great of weather. We also do not charge full price if you come back in early.
