Today, after some days of fishing, we were delighted to catch our first tuna of the year. We are very pleased to have shared these two bigeye tuna with our guests. Thank you for joining us.

We had an another incredible fishing experience in São Miguel island, with lots of action and exciting moments, surrounded by nature's beauty. The sight of lively fish jumping out of the water, diverse aquatic life, and the company of various birds must have added to the thrill of the day. Hey there! We had another great day fishing and caught a really nice one! The fish are plentiful here, and we managed to get a nice trophy for our American friends. We lost a big one, but we fish another one in just 4 hours, which isn't bad. Hope to see you soon! Best regards, Pedro Rodrigues

My friend and I booked a full day big game trip with Captain George. Boat was a nice size and he bad quality fishing gear. He was knowledgeable and engaging and had some great stories but first and foremost his priority was putting us on fish - and he did!! An hour into the trip we had a giant rip which turned out to be a nice Bigeye tuna that broke off right at the boat. Shortly after we had a triple header!!! Pedro did his best to find the fish. We went after many schools of birds, hits on the fishfinder and ploughed through many miles of ocean. The crew never stopped and kept on looking for signs. But fishing is fishing, and you need some luck. Unfortunately in our 4 hour trip, no bites. We did see a few whales and many, many dolphins jumping besides the boat. Our group of 4 had an amazing experience fishing with Captain Jorge and 1st mate Vasco. We caught lots of fish, including a few double headers! We caught 3 varieties of bottom fish. The crew were very accommodating with ensuring the reels accommodated our reeling preferences, baiting and taking fish off hooks too. If the fish are biting they know where to find them!!

Two of my children and I were in the Azures and last minute we wanted to go fishing. We met Pedro and George and George took us out on the trip. We did not catch big game, but we did catch 3 Mackerel, which the kids loved. Thank you - the kids and I will remember the trip for our lives. At the end my son and George were good friends!
