Captain TJ was the best! The boat was in great shape and was perfect for a long trip. It was my sons 15th birthday and he said it was his favorite one. The captain put us on fish right out of the gate and kept us on them all day. We caught everything from King Mackerel to amberjack, Bonita and snapper. At one point we weren’t sure how much more reeling we could do! They are very family oriented and make sure everyone is well taken care of.  I would recommend Captain TJ and High Cotten to anyone wanting any type of trip. I can’t say enough to describe how good a charter it was!!

Went out with 5 friends aboard the High Cotton in search of blue waters, giant fish, and wonderful memories. Captain TJ and first mate Tyler delivered as promised and took great care of us. We couldn’t have asked for more, it was truly an epic trip. The HIgh Cotton was clean and roomy and made the trip very comfortable, especially for the first timers in the group. Captain TJ put us on some giants and Tyler made landing them hassle free. We all came back with ear to ear smiles and sore arms from tugging on some of the biggest fish these guys had ever seen. This trip was exactly what we were looking for: a comfortable ride, knowledgable crew, giant fish and a lot of them, laughs and smiles, and overall amazing memories. Thank you both for the amazing experience. Can’t wait to do it again next time we’re in town.

What a Blast!  Captain T.J. started us off with a prayer which speaks volumes of him and his business.  We booked the Half Day trip on High Cotton because of so many positive reviews of Captain T.J.  First Mate Tyler was great and a very respectful young man.  We caught such a variety of fish which made the trip exciting.  Emily and Nick fought a 200+ Shark for over 30 minutes and was able to get it up to the boat for photos.  This was Nico’s first fishing trip and he was able to land a nice King.  Emma and Amy slayed the Snappers and I got the lunker award.  What an amazing family experience that we will cherish forever.  Thank you Captain T.J. for your hospitality!  See you next year.

We went on a 6 hour trip this morning.  Took 2 of my grandson s ages 8 and 9 we had. A great time.  Had trouble with the dauphin s following us but we. did manage catch several fish.  I think the captain felt sorry for us because dauphins he ended up letting us fish for an additional 30-45 minutes.  We started off the trip with prayer which was a great way to begin the trip.  Will definitely book with him again.

Great family fishing trip with mixed fishing experience.  We appreciated that captain TJ asked our wants and goals for the trip with different options. He knew right where to go to catch certain things. We definitely couldn’t have had such a good day without our deck hand Tyler.  He was very attentive, professional, and a hard worker.  Tyler kept the boat clean and catching fish.
