The big girls are showing up now. We will have the boat in till ice up. We can do up to three. I have a heated enclosure, nice and toasty warm, on the coldest days. Lets go fishing.

Windrift charters back on the water today and man what a burner it was!!! We had a great group of 5 on the boat this morning and we put them to work right away. Capt Doug McQueen and I sat right on them took almost an hr to finally get all lines in water,and never stopped we got their 40 with an 1.5 left in trip they were worn out and we headed back to dock. Today we fished deeper 24ft, 7 minnows bright colors today,1.6-1.9 speed. Thank you to our group for choosing Windrift Charters Capt Doug and I had a blast with you guys. May 6th morning trip with Denis and his friend. Had a AM trip it was wet and cold. There was a two day blow out of the north.The fishing was slow to start but we found the fish a few miles from were they where. The fishing was fantastic. The fishing is really good now is only going to get better. Captain Doug

Windrift Charters is taking bookings now. We start running trips May 15th 2024. We run 7 day a week. To get your reservation book early. The booking starts now. We have a small boat as well 20 footer i can charter up to 3 people that run from Apirl though Dec. So we have my 30 footer and the 20 footer. Hope to talk to you for a summer adventure. Awesome day fishing with Windrift Charter! Captain Douglas got us on the fish and First Mate Ken kept the lines out and the action moving. Great time for all of us. Douglas and Ken were great to have conversations with and everything went very smoothly on the trip. Highly recommend fishing with Windrift Charters.

That day it seemed like every fisherman out there was struggling to get the fish to bite. We moved location 2 times and ended up pulling in 23 walleye and 2 perch! The crew did a wonderful job making sure we caught something and that we had an amazing experience. We had so much fun. Thank you!

It was fun to fish with you and the kids. It was a hard day then we found some fish. Not only did the fish come to the box, but the smiles came on the faces of the kids. That was a great day with some good kids.

Captain was responsive to messages and helpful with where to arrive. We caught over 30 fish, mostly walleye and a few yellow perch. We all had a good time reeling them in, especially my son and his friend. Definitely recommend and will be booking again for early season next year!

Just got back home after a morning Fish with Captain Doug and Ken. Took my wife and granddaughters and had a blast. The captains took great care of us and the rods. Good conversation and a lot of know how. I would recommend to anyone looking for a day of catching on a great boat.

I have to say it was very sporty out there today. We had a good time it was fun with lots of big smiles and laughs. They reeled them fish in like there was no tomorrow some big ones and some that wasn’t so big. It was a great day on Saginaw Bay, with some fun people.
