Hello Robert, you are absolutely correct, our crew should not be riding on top the entire trip. They usually ride on top the entire trip back to give clients space because almost always people like to sleep on the way home. Our report from your captain is that you hooked 3 sails, our crew handed them over and they were lost. Sails are strong fighters and if you are not experienced with fighting them and reeling it is very difficult to bring them in. We also reported that you did catch a 2 mahi mahi and 2 tunas and had them reeled in. This is not a bad day of fishing by any means. Fishing is fishing and most boats today that went our caught absolutely zero. Our captain, boat and mates have never, not even once had bad reviews from our clients and we are very saddened to hear that your experience was not good with our company. We aim to make everyday a great day, even some days we can pull out every lure and every secret spot and we still have no luck. According to this report, you guys did not do very bad. I apologize our service did not meet your needs and if you feel like leaving us a bad review is appropriate we are transparent with our clients and this is will affect us and our crew greatly. However transparency is important and reviews are also important for us to improve moving forward. Thank you.
