Background: I started fishing with my grandfather when I was 5 and developed a passion for fishing. I received my captain's license in 1991 and have been running charters ever since. I have a penchant for fishing and really enjoy seeing people fishing with friends and family. We especially enjoy introducing kids to the great sport of fishing.
Techniques: We fish Back Bay and offshore. I have my federal permits so we venture out as far as 60 miles in search of big offshore fish. We also do inshore fishing and frequently fish the flats for a variety of species.

We were a group of 4 adults and a 7 year old first time fisherman. Captain Joe did a great job keeping us all fishing. He moved several times to make sure we had good bite action. He was particularly attentive to our grandson. Everyone had keepers to take home and a great time. Highly recommend.

An excellent experience all around for my mom, wife & our 2 boys (ages 11 & 9). Capt. Joe was great with the boys and did a great job teaching them about the equipment and explaining fishing techniques. There’s no question he enjoys his job which makes for a great trip. We caught a lot of fish including salmon, lake trout, rock & small and large mouth bass. He also expertly filleted a salmon for us to cook up for dinner. Highly recommend!
