The boat showed up 45 minutes late. The boat was in poor condition, the rods were terrible, one had a broken tip. The boat steering was not working well. Captains demeanor was terrible. The fish we caught were not filleted and were left in bottom of boat with no ice for 5-6 hours before end of trip. This trip reflects on fishbooker as an agent for I Got You Sportfishing and I believe I should at least get back a refund of the fee you charged me. There were 2 fishing poles for 4 fishermen.  They had no bait.  The boat had no canopy so heat and sun became an issue.  They did catch a Jack but had to cut it’s head off because there were no pliers.
