Easy to find the boat at the marina. Reservation and communication were simple and easy. Captain and first mate were very kind and knew what they were doing. We caught a dorado about 20 minutes into the trip. Slow going until about an hour later caught a small yellow fin tuna and then caught another larger dorado. Some time between before we caught the biggest one yet…a 140lb striped Marlin about an hour before our time was up. What a perfect way to end the trip just before the time was up.

We kept the Dorado and yellowfin tuna to eat at one of the catch-n-cook restaurants right on the marina. We donated the Marlin to feed the people in need but we did get some awesome pictures and a trophy mount that will be made.

My wife and I booked a half day with this boat in the am. The Capt and first mate were ready and we left right on time. The explained anything we asked about the gear or type of fish we wanted to go for. They were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable . Trolling lures going out we caught 2 nice size Dorados .
Once further out we used live bait and caught and released a small stripped marlin and then a short time later landed my first trophy sized marlin. 8 ft long 120 lbs.  Very exciting ! We saw several whales only about 50 yards away. On the way back took pics by the arch with our catch . My wife got to feed the extra live bait to pelicans and sea lions swimming next to the boat. All in all a great outing and we would not hesitate to use them again and have already recommended them to other friends visiting Cabo .

Even with the cooler than normal water temps we caught some nice rooster fish and I learned a new technique. Plus there were whales all around us. For February it was great. Capt was very patient and helpful with my wife bringing in a big rooster.
