Brought two teen boys with me for a spring break guys trip. Captain was great with us, helped my son who was struggling with casting and put us on fish. We had a great trip with a cooler full to bring back for dinner and the freezer.

Great captain, he went above and beyond to help us make some lasting memories. It was a chilly start to the day and the fish weren’t biting. We boated all around the lake until finding the sweet spot and got several cat, black drum, and redfish.

Two of us fished for half day and caught bull reds, reds, sheepshead, drum, speckled trout, white trout, and one beautiful sail cat!  Captain Ryan taught us everything we didn’t know like how to pull in the specs (don’t set the hook just steady-reel) and we plan to return many times each year. My freezer is full of beautiful fresh fish! The camp/cottage was also nice and close to boat launch.

Capt Ryan was an excellent guide!  He put us on everything we asked to catch.  My daughter landed a 40” 30#.Bull Red early in the trip which set the tone for the rest of the trip.  He was very knowledgeable about the area and educated us on different fish patterns and markings.  We are definitely booking another trip with him. I would highly recommend Capt Ryan for all skill levels.

Captain Ryan was Great!  We arrived on time and immediately took off.  He was knowledgeable about the weather, and where to go in order to avoid rain. We caught lots of speckle trout a few redfish and some black drum.  His boat is comfortable and makes for a fun day.  He was Great with my 2 sons 12 and 9.  They had a Blast and we are already planning a trip for the fall.
