I have been around the water since I could remember – from being on my grandpa's shrimp boat and fishing with friends and family to now running a charter boat. Watching kids and adults from inexperienced to experienced fishermen getting excited about catching their first, biggest fish, or just having fun, is something I really enjoy. I just love watching people of all ages enjoy the outdoors as much as I do.
Techniques: I fish from the boat or do wade fishing, whether it is with live, dead, or artificial bait. I try to give the customer the best chance to catch fish.

Freddie was the best. He was very knowledgeable about the whole Port OConner area. You might say we caught the whole smorgasbord of Fish in a variety of dfferent ways. My friend and I both caught personal best Bull Reds. We caught a limit of drum and sheepshead. We where in luck on our slot reds. Also caught some premium table fare as in Pompano, Flounder and Trout. He was very patient with a couple of good ole West Texas boys who drove 600 miles to fish Port O. You can’t go wrong fishing with captain Freddie. He’s a stand up guy and will do everything he can to put some fish in your line. Went with a couple of buddies and although we didn’t catch as much as I wanted, we still put some keepers in the cooler to bring home and eat. That’s fishing for you though! But Captain Freddie won’t give up as he took us to many different spots in which we had a blast. Book with him!
