Had another fantastic day fishing out of Sierpe with Friends.  It was David and Donna’s first trip to Costa Rica and we decided to add in a Fishing trip to Cano Island with Sierpe Tours…  My friend David caught a 30lb Rooster Fish - a bucket list fish for him!!  Donna pulled dinner for us - nice sized red snapper.  Both CPT Jesus and Chevy couldn’t have been nicer or more prepared for our trip.  We’ll be back again for sure!  Chad

Had an amazing time fishing with Tours Sierpe and celebrating not one but two wedding anniversaries!  We were treated very special and received a special gift and champagne to celebrate after a full day trip. During our trip we were able to see two sea turtles and a Manta Ray.  To top it off we caught about 25 fish, lost count.  It was truly an amazing day that we will always remember.

The crew knew what they were doing and got us in the fish. They hooked nearly all of our target fish. Three Yellowfin Tuna,  one Sailfish and one Dorado. We had a very good experince and will use them again.

We booked a fishing trip to the island for the whole day. The captain picked us up on time early in the morning right on the beach near our accommodation. We were lucky with the weather, it was cloudy, no rain, no sun :) First, we caught live bait quickly and a lot. The team is professional, they used different fishing techniques and lures. We caught a lot of fish and different things: white tuna, yellow tuna, red snapper and others whom we saw for the first time :) For the first time we saw that black tuna served as bait (!) Very friendly guys, helped in everything quickly and confidently, joked a lot, took beautiful photos ! There were so many fish that most of them were released :) And very beautiful nature! Thanks to the team!

My friend Eric and I had an awesome time with Tours Sierpe CR.  We booked a last minute, full-day fishing trip and could not have more pleased!  We did not book the trip until 6pm the night before.  The entire experience exceeded our expectations.  We booked a full-day and boy was it a full day.  We left at 6am and returned at 6pm - CPT Estaban loves to fish and made sure we had a great experience.  We were asked what we wanted to fish for and he made it happen.  We wanted Yellowfin tuna and were open to jigging and bottom fishing after trolling.  We initially caught fresh bait and then went trolling out near Cano Island and saw Yellowfin everywhere throughout the day.  We landed five (5) tuna, Pompano, Jack, a sold Rooster Fish and some other tough fighting fish.  We briefly hooked a blackfin Marlin - saw it jump, super cool.  It was a spectacular day for myself and my friend who had not been fishing in CR before.  We took home 15-20 lbs of nicely fillet fish!  Fishing out of Sierpe was a great experience that i would highly recommend.
