Hello Edward, I sent you a message immediately upon returning to port on ONE engine and immediately began diagnosing the reason as to why our starboard engine was having issues. In fact, the fuel pickup tube for that engine had cracked inside of the fuel tank and is causing the engine to suck in air, which for a Diesel engine cannot happen or it will not run. I sent you the message much earlier in the day, but you failed to respond or acknowledge receipt of the message. The group that was on the charter at the time of the failure was quite understanding. There was nothing untruthful and we would appreciate it if you removed this negative review, as breakdowns happen both on the water and on the land. It’s unfortunate, but during a holiday weekend there is no way we can source the parts to repair the problem until Monday.
