We booked M- W Christmas week.  Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate.  Gaylon did as best he could under pretty sporty conditions.  We had to call it quits early Monday due to increasing high winds gusting over 30 but we landed 25 reef keepers between three of us (limit 10 ea,)  Best to be safe than sorry. Captain Galon was amazing and did everything he could to make sure my daughter was comfortable and happy and most of all, catching fish!! Couldn’t have chosen a windier week to go but Captain still muscled through…. I’ve been fishing since I was 6 years old and still learned a lot today , this was as he described “ more hands on “ kind of fishing … most charters will usually hook the fish for you via trolling or whatever and hand it to you to reel in. But you learn to do it yourself and it’s so much more rewarding

Captain delivered and was one step ahead the whole time. He said he would put my son and I on some Mahi and Tuna, and did he deliver!! He called they day before to let us now he stocked up on live bait and to be 45 minutes early to ensure we were they first of the day out! Look forward to fishing with Captain Galon again!!

Captain Galon knows exactly what he’s doing. He was super patient and gave clear instructions. We felt like pros after a day on the water with him. We got the limit of our targeted fish and couldn’t be more happy with the day.
