95FiveFishing is not just about catching fish, it’s not just another charter. Its heart and soul poured out into a world-class fishing experience for anyone that steps foot on the boat.
You’ll be fishing off of Ranger’s newest flagship, the 26’ Ranger 2600 Bay powered by a 300 HP Yamaha outboard. It’s equipped with a top-of-the-line Minn Kota trolling motor system that allows you to anchor no matter how deep the water.
Onboard electronics such as dual Garmin sonar/GPS units will save you time and help you find fish throughout the trip. Not neglecting creature comforts, the boat features a large fiberglass T-Top that provides good shade, a freshwater shower, and a high-end JL stereo with subwoofers and Bluetooth hook-up ready for any tunes you’d like to listen to on the boat.
Capt. Nathan’s passion is teaching fishing to people of all ages, especially kids. There is no minimum age for children on 95FiveFishing charters, however, on trips longer than 4 hours, he recommends bringing kids ages 7 and up.
Depending on the trip or customer’s wishes, the captain will target a wide variety of species available in the local waters. You may want to target Mahi or Tuna, possibly try your hand in many of the Snapper species in the Keys or bottom fish for Red or Black Grouper. If you’d like to enjoy your daily catch for dinner, Capt. Nathan will be happy to clean and fillet it for you free of charge.
Onboard, you’ll also find a large cooler with plenty of room to store all your snacks and drinks to keep yourself energized through all the fishing! Captain Nathan’s boat is conveniently located at Ragged Edge Resort and Marina in Islamorada.
The last thing to remember is to bring your sunscreen, sunglasses, and fish until you drop with 95FiveFishing!
Tips are payable after trip completion. If you had a wonderful time feel free to tip 10-20%.
