I’ve been to Costa Rica 9 times since 1999, and have been out with Boos Adventures on my last 6 trips, and let me tell you they absolutely live up to the hype… “All we do is Surf & Fish”!!!
These guys have the fishing grounds and surf spots on lock, they know exactly when and where to be every day based on tides, winds, etc.  My most recent trip last weekend I landed a monster Almaco Jack, Amber Jack get much bigger, this Almaco is the biggest any of my friends have ever seen, he was a true stud!  I highly recommend hooking up with these guys on your next trip down, coming from this Texas boy I can guarantee you will not be let down!!!

Amazing fishing day! Started early in the morning, the boat was there on time, and in great shape, very comfortable. We caught some live bait, and replaced the lures on the rods. After a little while my friend got a tuna, the captain Walter was super kind and friendly, he even cut some of the tuna for us and we ate sashimi on the boat while fishing. Minutes later I got lucky and started fighting my fish, it was the strongest fish I´ve ever caugth, after a long fight I finally got it on the boat to find out it was a big beatifull rooster fish, first one of my life, we had to release it because it is a protected specie but it was great to see it swimming away. an experience I´m sure will never forget. My friend and I brought our wives so we had some snacks and drinks that Walter had for us and he took us to a nearby spot so they (and we) can do some snorkeling….they loved it too. Then we got back on the boat and returned to the marina. Great trip, strongly recommended!!

We had an awesome time! The guys loved the experience of fishing for Maui Maui and my Highlight was seeing the Dolphins❤

We only had one bite on our 1/2 day trip - but when we did, the captain did everything to ensure we landed it.  And it was about a 100lb sail fish - so no complaints! It was awesome!
Boat was clean, brand new motor, fresh pineapple snacks and cold drinks - overall a great experience.

Pretty rough storm rolled through the area the evening before and threw some fishing off, but our experience was incredible. I was very satisfied with the communication behind the entire process. Christian Boos reached out to me about the storm and suggested going out before everyone else so we trolled about 2hrs before other charters arrived. If you are wanting to fish the Flamingo area I highly recommend this charter because of the intangible communication. Beautiful area of CR and incredible waters.
