So accommodating with our times! Very patient kind informative and invested in making sure we were happy and successful with our fishing skills. This is a shore fishing excursion which was perfect for us as we needed some time on land during our Alaskan cruise. Really enjoyed touring the fish hatchery much more than anticipated. I highly recommend!

Please add this to your trip to Alaska. I can’t say enough about how much fun we had. Derek was so knowledgeable and patient and did a phenomenal job. Michelle, Paul and Kaitlyn, just so easy to work with and such nice people! We would give you 100 stars if it was an option, thank you so very much for all the memories.

Loves every minute of it. Derrick took us on a tour of the salmon hatchery and I learned a lot about Salmon. Paul and Derrick both had a lot of information and did a great job helping all of us. Unfortunately we didn’t get to catch any Salmon but would highly recommend fishing with Chum charters.

Everything was available in one spot! We showed up and got our fishing license for the day. Then went to the docks and all poles, ankle, and nets were provided with a very knowledgeable guide. After we fished for a couple hours, we got a detailed tour of the hatchery which was unexpected. We were about to leave when we were invited to stay and fish on their private dock. So we went to lunch and came back. Perfect weather and great people. Thank you!

This was such an awesome experience! They’re super friendly and made sure we had everything thing we needed to have a great time. My 10 year old son needed a lot of guidance & instruction because he didn’t have much experience fishing & our guide was patient with him & helped him every step of the way. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone that plans to visit Juneau. They really went above and beyond.
