It was strange but there were three of us and Capt. Ron did all the fishing. None of touched a rod and he did not explain why. He caught some blues which he cleaned and gave to us. We did not fish…we watched.

Paul , you are very mistaken in your comment. We were trolling umbrella rigs with wire line and I did in fact let the line out, however whenever a fish hit You and your party reeled in the fish EVERY time. Please get your information correct. My recollection was that the one time you handled the rod with a fish on, you opened the spool and backlashed the wire line.
