There’s not too much I can say because of the fact that you said you won’t book with me again. But I tried to explain many times how to use the equipment but after breaking a mask and two sets of flippers I was kind of at the end of my rope with that. Equipment’s not cheap and I know that they do get used but there’s no excuse for not following directions.
I’ve also gotten many very good comments on how I am with children. So maybe they were out of line wouldn’t you think?
With all that being said I apologize about your bad trip. I hope you can find another captain that will do a better job.
