I booked the half day morning trip with Captain Rishi and i would highly recommend you do the same. There are lots of flashier and more visually appealing outfits out there (and I’m sure the vast majority of them are great) but as everyone who fishes know - knowledge is everything and Rishi has huge amounts of it. He’s genuinely passionate about fishing and has dedicated his life to fishing these waters and really knows where to go and how to handle the circumstances. A fisherman’s fisherman ! He found some great spots to fish and we were having a lot of success when others (including locals) were struggling - we could hear their complaints on the radio and as we passed by them on the waters! This was very much down to Rishi’s brilliant instincts and knowledge. 

We had a great day with the biggest catch being a 25kg Yellow Fin tuna. We only landed about 50% of the fish we caught as the local sharks decided to pop by for some brunch !!! All in all we had a very active 7 hours and a real big game fishing experience.

Don’t hesitate to book Rishi - he’s a brilliantly professional and passionate fisherman that will do everything in his power to make it the best experience for you.

Das Engagement von Captain Rishi und seinem Bootsmann Marvin war absolut überdurchschnittlich hoch. Dieser Mann tut alles dafür, seine Kunden zum Fisch zu bringen. Rishi hat viele Methoden mit uns ausprobiert, schnell auf Situationen reagiert und immer wieder Fische gefunden. Der ganz große Fang blieb zwar aus aber das ist nun einmal Angeln. Thanks to the captain andcrew,wonderfuul fishing adventure.We caught a lot of beautiful fish. The captain showed great skill in using different fishing metods and finding the right one. The captain also turned out to be a masterful cook,the prepared tuna was excellent. At the end of the adventure,we were takken to the dolphins. A huge thank you! We recommmend it to everyone.

We spent a brilliant afternoon deep sea fishing with Rishi and his crew mate. They were both very welcoming and knowledgeable.
We caught 7 skipjack tuna within the first 30 minutes of our trip! Both men had extensive experience in angling and shared their knowledge with us.
We had a very exciting afternoon and would highly recommend Rishi to anyone who wants to go deep sea fishing in Mauritius.

We had the greatest time of our lifes, the crew did everything so we can catch some fishes!
