From as early as I can remember, my dad had me on a boat with a fishing rod in my hands. At first, I was simply excited to have bait on my hook and hang out with my dad. As I grew up, the fish got bigger and bigger... and I was hooked! Growing up in New York, we would fish for Fluke, Flounder, Striped Bass, and Cod in the winter. We would also enter the occasional shark fishing tournament. Fishing was, and still remains, a huge part of my life. It gave my father and me the time we needed to bond before he unexpectedly left us in 2006. It was always my father's dream to retire and use his captain's license to open a charter business. Every day, I strive to keep his legacy alive.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Aquatic Escapes and Captain Jarrod Wallach! From start to finish, the trip was smooth, fun, and unforgettable. Captain Jarrod really knows his stuff—he put us right on the fish and made sure everyone on board had a great time, whether you were an experienced angler or brand new to fishing. The boat was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Jarrod’s energy and knowledge of the water made the whole day exciting, and his patience and sense of humor kept everyone relaxed and having fun. We caught plenty of fish and came away with memories that will last a lifetime. If you’re looking for an all-day fishing charter that’s both professional and personal, I can’t recommend Aquatic Escapes and Captain Jarrod enough. We’ll definitely be booking again!
