Capt. Mendez and crew put us our ladies fishing team on fish and fun. We raised 3 sailfish and brought in a nice bull mahi. we had a great time and had a plenty of fresh mahi to share with our friends and family. Go with them - they are reasonably priced and will put you on fish!

Captain Juan was an amazing guide - easy to communicate with, very personable and cracked jokes with us, while also giving us our space. He told s about the types of fish we were fishing for and went out of his way to point out the local wildlife, like a whale and turtles. He and his son did a great job prepping our catch to take home and even whipped up one heck of a ceviche to eat on the boat for us too. 5 out of 5!

We had a beautiful trip. The weather was great and we brought 4 Mahi on the boat. Captain and crew were wonderful. Captain kept us on the water until everyone got what they came for. Bonus for the dolphins and turtles along the way.

The Captain picked us up at the beach behind our hotel. Weather was GREAT, and so was the sea state. We trolled for Rooster Fish, and we had a chance to enjoy the beautiful coast of Guanacaste. The Captain served us fresh cut pineapple and watermelon, along with some juice and a pastry for breakfast. We booked a half day fishing trip with goals to catch a rooster fish and a sail fish. Within the first 30 minutes, my son and husband had each caught a rooster fish! Heading further out, Juan Carlos was a great guide, taking time to show us different caves, rock formations, and tell us about local culture.
