Hello, Kevin, I’m so sorry, but the reels are new. The rods are old but good. We’ve still caught big fish. The other reviews say it all. You can check them out. But everything has a solution. There’s no need for a bad review. I think if there’s something wrong, it would be good to talk to the owner. I always try to do my best for my customers, and if there aren’t any fish caught, that’s not my problem. But thank you very much and many blessings.
