Book a captain with pictures of the boat and equipment and make sure there is comfort and new equipment. Ask questions before during and after. Make sure you tell them what fish you want to target and ask if they have had success recently.

Hello, remember that the ocean is very big, you are paying $360 and you want a very luxurious boat. There were bigger, more expensive boats and they did not catch anything and with better equipment. Not every day is a fishing day, remember.
