You troll the whole time in rough seas. Not worth the time or money. The DR isn’t even worth visiting. It’s better to go somewhere else. After you finish you are harassed by the locals to buy something and your transportation guide purposely takes you through the market so everyone there can bug you to buy something. It is not an experience you want to deal with. Especially being out in the rough seas all day.
