We had four people, and each of us caught Mahi Mahi. The crew did their best to make sure everyone caught. In fact, when we were heading back, they stopped because they saw a Mahi jump, and my buddy ended up catching it. The crew was good, they spoke pretty good English. There were snacks, and they cut the fish up for us at the end of the trip. I would book here again if I were in the area again.

Captain Fernando and deckhand Nardo were both friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and passionate about delivering a great experience. The time we took to catch bait mackerel paid off big time with 3 nice yellowtail, two in the 20 kilo range. On the way home Fernando went out of his way to track a young humpback whale we spotted - my grandsons were thrilled.

The guides were fantastic! They picked us up right from the beach in front of our hotel. It was a slow morning but they worked extra hard to make sure we caught fish. You could really tell they wanted it. And we were rewarded with a giant yellowtail.

Had an incredible day of fishing with Captain Fernando and his first mate Jaido on the Barbara2. We caught 2 Skipjacks and 7 Dorado.  The Captain knew exactly where to go and he and Jaido made this an outstanding successful day.  As this was my family’s first time fishing everyone one of us (Son, Daughters, Wife and I caught fish!)  We are very happy and look forward to going out with them again.

Great trip with Captain Fernando and his first mate Hairo. The fishing was a little tough, but the crew worked very hard to get them to bite and bring them on the boat. Iv fished with many fleets in La Paz for the past 12 years, this is one of the better crews and very reasonably priced. I will be returning next month in June, and hopefully Fernando’s boat won’t be all booked up.
