We had a really nice experience with Tunana! For us four it was the first fishing trip. Marko and his father were really relaxed and explained everything to us. The Tunana is a really nice boat with enough space. The guys are perfectly organized, early morning coffee and some breakfast, a good snack an enough beer, everything was there.
The crew knows the spots for tuna. Shortly after sunrise we were able to see them really close to us. Unfortunately the tuna didn’t bite. In the end we were lucky and had a blue shark on the hook. We cut the line after he came to the surface. It was a really nice trip and we will definitely come back and get some tuna!

We (my dad, my brother, my nephew and me) booked a morning and an afternoon trip with Tunana. The morning trip was just amazing, fished near a commercial fishing boat catching sardines, lots of tuna (and dolphins) were there to feed on some of the sardines that escaped. The sun was coming up, and we had the first bite. It was just magical. We ended up catching two tuna. The afternoon trip was great too. While we caught no tuna, we caught lots of mackerel and other smaller fish which were great on the BBQ.

My friends and I booked a half day trip with Big Game Fishing. The booking itself was absolutely uncomplicated, everything was easy via WhatsApp.
After a few days of waiting, the day finally came and we stood in front of the boat.
We got to know the captain and the crew.
The crew had loaded a few things and then we stood on the boat and off we went.
The boat ride alone was great fun. If I understood that correctly and remembered correctly, the boat is equipped with 2x 400hp engines. You felt it too 🔥🔥🔥👍

After about 40 minutes we arrived at the selected fishing area. After that everything happened very quickly.
As soon as the engines stopped, the first rod was in the water and after less than 1 minute the first bait fish was in the boat. This was hooked directly to the tuna rod.
Less than 15 minutes passed and the first tuna bit. After a very exhausting but fun fight of about 30 minutes, the first tuna was in the boat. I could hardly believe what just happened, it all happened so fast and I was pumped full of adrenaline. It was an indescribable feeling.
After that, the tuna rods were again equipped with bait fish and the big game fishing continued.
After that, for about 3 hours, not much happened, we drank a few beers, talked and made nonsense with the crew.
And it was noon and the crew prepared lunch. There was tuna carpaccio with capers in olive oil. VERY DELICIOUS.
But as is always the case, we hadn’t finished eating and the second tuna was bitten.
This was also in the boat after about 30 minutes. The crew told us that the bite of this tuna was something special. It bit on the surface and is very rare, the crew said.
With two tuna fish in the ice, we all drove into the harbor very happy and satisfied.

All in all, it was an amazing experience with an incredibly professional but very fun crew.
Everything was just perfect the weather, the boat, the crew, the equipment, the food 👍👍👍👍👍

It was a very early morning because we started 4 am in the morning. It was quit windy in the morning so I advice to ask foor a sea sickness pil when you go on board because I was quit sea sick in the beginning. THe crew was very nice and enthusiastic!! everything is on board so you do not have to anything becasue alle fishing gear is on board inclusive the drinks en and food. We were lucky to catch a tuna as you can see on the picture and it was a good fight with the tuna. I was with 2 germans guys and one by one we fight the tuna and it took us around 35 minutes to get the tuna on board. Ann amazing feeling to fight the tuna. On the end we got a piece of tuna with us home to put on the bbq. The boot is by the way very nice and big so you do not have to worry when you are on the sea. The trip end around 12.30. It was an amazing experience

It was a perfect fishing trip for us.
Sunny day full of fishing. All of us 3 catched a tuna and the day ended in catching makrels and enjoying istrian food by sunset. What do you want more?
The crew is celebrating every catch and take care of you. That is, what i call guestfriendly as it best.
It was not the last time at the Tunana in medulin, thats for sure!
