We are sorry that you did not enjoy the day on the water with us. We take your comments seriously and implement corrections to our trips. Of course we coukd do nothing about the sea conditions but as you know we sent you updates the evening before the trip and monitored carefully while we were out to ensure our safety. What we can change is to include an ice bag for fish to keep separate from the beverages. The icebag is small to bring on board initially and hopefully by the end of a fishing trip it will be big. We are always trying to keep the fishing area uncluttered and try to minimize the amount of items brought on board but this will be a good improvement. Captain also reported that we had success mainly with the hand line in catching fish that day and not the spinning reels. The Captain was trying to ensure that you had enough fish to feed 6 persons so he was on a mission for you. Clients typically dont want to try the hand line themselves (our gloves keep going overboard) though you should have been offered the chance to give it a try. Something else we can change for the better. Our clients always keep fish so I apologize for any miscommunication you had with the crew in this regard.
