Captain was flexible and open to a variety of fishing, friendly and knowledgeable- we had a lot of fun and caught several good fish which is what we wanted to do.  Would definitely charter with Captain Rich again.

What a great way to spend your time. I took a 4 hour trip for myself and my 7 year old daugher. From start to finish the experience was excellent under Captain Rich. We both ended up catching a variety of fish. The only disappointment was that we only took a 4 hour trip, and not longer, and couldn’t return because we were leaving the next day. !!!

Today’s trip was just as great as the weather! Captain Rich was very down to earth and just a great guy. His knowledge and experience was evident. He put us on some great spots for some fish. We caught several and enjoyed a great dinner afterwards eating what we caught. Would I go back to him again, absolutely! Thanks again for the great day!

Great day out on the water with my 3 and 6 year old boys. Captain Rich went above and beyond to ensure we caught a lot of great fish, and had a lot of great laughs. My kids and I had a blast. His boat was clean and he was safety conscious with the little ones. I would recommend him to any family looking to do some fishing. I’ll be sure to use him again in the future!

We had an awesome time with Captain Rich! Our lines were in the water less than a minute and we had two fish on. That kept up the entire 4 hours as we pulled in over 40 fish. Our heart rates really increased when a school of large Cobia started hanging around the boat. But we couldn’t get them interested in our bait. I would highly recommend Scotty J’s Charters anytime!
