Hello Mr. Ivan.
No chaos, just taking care of your 3 children that no one was, running all over with no attendance whatsoever by their parents.
No food, correct, since it is a shared tour and no meals are included, only in full day private tours as you could easily read in the time of the booking and as we also informed by messages.
It’s a 5 hour morning tour ending at 1 PM, when were we supposed to give you lunch? Asking for lemonade at 9 AM ?!! Saying it was to deep for fishing and just not fish?!? Going to the flybridge and start pressing controls against what was said?!!
You were late half an hour and didn’t even care about everybody waiting for you showing no concern whatsoever for the crew and the other participant.
It’s a pristine boat, as reviewed by many other guests.
About your opinion,  we just have to say that it was the worst experience ever for our seasoned crew in 10 years of great tours with happy and enjoyable guest looking for good fishing moments.
