Capt. Pete was friendly and taught us all he could. He entertained us with great stories and good music. The weather and red tide were working against us, but we got some keepers anyway. It was a truly wonderful experience. I will definitely book with him the next time I’m in town.

Took a group of 6 on a snapper charter with Captain Pete. We had a great trip. Captain and deck hand, Noah, did a great job keeping us on fish and keeping bait on our hooks. Didn’t catch a pile of keepers, but caught enough to keep everyone happy. Overall, great trip and recommended if you are looking to take a fishing trip in the Port St. Joe area.

When we met Captain Pete, for an afternoon of fishing, he showed genuine concern that despite the weather looking fine, the seas were rolling w/ 4’+ waves. Captain Pete explained that he’d take us out, if we wanted, but guaranteed that the 9 yr old on the trip would Not have a good time. We appreciate Captain Pete’s honesty, and hope to return to Port St. Joe next year, and Charter w/ Bounty of the Bay.
