Captain Turk: gave us a great fishing experience which he can tune to the level of the fishing guests on board, novice to experienced. Has great knowledge of the coastal waters we fished, the local history, puts safety as top priority, reviewed all safety issues and concerns before leaving the dock answering questions, knows and follows all BC and Canada fishing licence and regs. Handled catch and release for us, which we reviewed before but he knew and managed for us.
His vessel handles the local waters perfectly, especially in the chop of the water.
He is safety first, precise, with direct instructions, efficient, friendly and accommodating.
We had a great experience and salmon steaks later that night.

Incredible time! Always swapping it up, we constantly had fish on the lines, and if there was ever a moment we’re we weren’t getting constant bites, they’d find another spot to hit and snag more! Captain Andrew, and his crew Josh were easy to talk too, and salt of the earth good people, would definitely suggest and will book again with them!

When you go fishing all you can do is hope to reel one in! We are a family of 4 and everyone reeled in 3+ fish each in a four hour window. Now that is amazing. My girlfriend and I had a great time fishing with Captain Turk. I’ve been fishing my whole life but it was her first time. Turk told us about the area, his interest in conservation, co-existing, and respecting the wildlife in the area. We had 5 bites and got to keep 2 cohos.
