Unable to deny his love of fishing for trophy Trout, Redfish, and Flounder; he finds himself drawn back home to guide in what he considers to be one of the best trout sanctuaries on the Texas Coast.
Techniques: I prefer artificial lures for bait as an avid fisherman. I am glad to help my guests with the use of live baits like shrimp or croaker if that's what they prefer.

We had a trip with Capt Tim post Tropical Storm so I wasn’t expecting much. Tim worked really hard to get us a limit of trout which we did and was able to experience a Jack Crevalle which was awesome. Tim is not the kind of guide where if it’s slow fishing, he’s going to just sit in one spot hoping you catch some. We had a great 6-hour trip. trip. Captain Tim took us to some great spots. We limited out on speckled trout and even caught a few oversized ones which we released. Also caught redfish, skipjacks, black drum, and of course a few proverbial hard heads and gas tops. The weather was iffy but Captain Tim stayed in touch with us every day to monitor if the weather was going to cooperate.

Had an awesome time with Captain Tim Meador. We limited on speckled trout with most running 17-19 inches. Released several over 20. The boys really enjoyed Captain Tim showing them the ropes on catching trout with croakers. A limit of trout on their first trip, hard to beat that.

captain Tim was a good time! it doesn’t take long to know when someone knows their stuff. we caught trout, reds, shark and sting ray with a few slip jack mixed in. we limited out on trout by 8:30am. what made it a special trip for me is i had my grandkids with me.
