Captain B Cortez has finesse in driving on the water and Knowledge of the area, it was family like, and exciting, and an experience we will never forget. Book this trip! My wife and I had a morning trip with Captain Fil and he had us on the fish all day right from the first cast. Fishing was a little slower later in the morning but we got our limit of redfish in a couple of hours and then moved on to try other things. My brother and I had a fantastic day today with Capt. Fil. It was a pretty tough day of fishing but Fil still put us on some great fish. We had an over slot redfish and several smaller reds and loads of drum and sheepshead (which were excellent pan roasted). Fil was a great captain and a very funny guy. GREAT TRIP!!!! Captain Fil was a great guide from the moment we connected which was 2 months before we even fished. Nothing better than catching everyone’s Red Fish limit in couple hours and still having time to explore the area for a couple other species.
