This was a great trip.  Definitely will book it again.

The captain was very accommodating and personable. Had a great time fishing with him. Captain was very knowledgeable on the water and found the fish. We caught our limit and then some! Awesome experience.

My recent fishing trip with Captain Cortez was awesome! It was my first time out bay fishing and Captain Cortez made sure it was a blast. Not only was it a good time fishing, Captain Cortez also shared his knowledge of fishing with me and taught me a couple of things. There was never a dull moment on Captain Cortez’s boat! I had an absolute blast with Captain Cortez on the water! After knowing what species of fish I liked he made sure I caught my personal best speckled trout! He is very knowledgeable and will put you on the fish!! He will provide everything that you will need and will make sure you have a great time. It was my son’s FIRST fishing trip and Captain Cortez was referred to me. Long story short, my son and I both MAXED OUT incl my tagged oversized Redfish. He was having the time of his life! Had no choice but to call it a day with a happy son and hours ahead of schedule. Cpt Cortez was SO GREAT at helping him learn and giving him pointers while making him feel totally safe and confident.. and is now on speed dial for all my future fishing trips in Corpus.
