- Marty Petza is an angler with a “sixth sense.” He is a real threat to any fish, always knowing where the fish are hiding. Marty has over 34 years of experience on the water, having chased fish of all sizes. Once a serious tournament angler, he is now a family man. Captain Marty has successfully participated in B.A.S.S. Pro / Am, RedMan, and his local federation tournaments, which have given him an interest of the industry along with cash and boats. He was a state champion in BP's very first CastingKids competition in 1991, and at the age of 13, he was the youngest sponsored tournament angler by companies such as Gambler Boats, STORM Lures, Versitex Fishing Rods, and several other tackle manufacturers. Marty has given numerous seminars across the East Coast and written various articles in early Maryland BASS Federation magazine.
