Specs, whites and sharks

Mark, Brannigan and Frank the tank had a blast catching today. We left out at 520am to beat some heat. Caught 11 nice fish 30 minutes out and continued to box at every stop. Finished up with 40 trout and had a great time.

Breezy tuesday

Set out with the Moriarity team today to chase trout. It was a little bumpy in Lake Borgne but the breeze kept us breathing. Its hottt right now but the fish cooperated and we boxed some nice trout. And sharks. The bull sharks seem to be everwhere but they are fun to fight.

Big specs and sheephead

We left out of slidell dock and ran about 40 minutes. 3 hours later the rain was creeping in on us. We were catching some really nice specs and sheephead. What a great day. 45 specs 6 sheephead and a couple reds. Mrs Janet and charles had a ball.

Went out on 5-28 to chase reds in venice. What a day this was. These guys caught and released several with one being 43 lbs. what a fish

Capt James is the best we tossed in 46 trout! Got early start and we’re slaying the fish. Storm rolled in and we begged to outlast the storm once the rain slowed we continued to fish in a slow rain and continued to toss them in. Was a blast and Capt James made sure we got everything we wanted in a trip. Will be Back!

So, the weather forecast was a little off today.We set out and had 28 trout in the first 90 minutes. Then the t- storms showed up. We took shelter and waited it out. Finally got back to fishing and finished up strong. I Thank Carla and Shilo for getting soaking wet and being patient. We had a great day. If your gonna get wet this is the time of year to do it. See yall soon

We had a fantastic day of fishing the waters of Lake Catherine with Captain James. We caught a huge amount of fish and enjoyed the Captain’s company immensely. His boat and equipment is in excellent shape and his knowledge of all types of fishing is expansive. Captain James stayed in contact with me from date of booking until the day of our charter with weather updates and news of what was biting in the area. This was an all around wonderful experience.

What a great day with the Pollards. We left island marina at 7am . We ran 15 minutes, shut down , set the minnkota ipilot on spot lock and caught fish for 4 hours. Specs, sheephead , flounder and even caught a few channel mullets and channel cats. We had a falling tide and some occasional sun. Great day on the water. Thanks again to the Pollards. Hope to see ya next year.

My friend and I went with Captain James for a day and in a word it was awesome! We fished the South end of Lake Borgne; it was a bit rough getting there but Captain James did a fantastic job navigating the rough water and I felt completely safe at all times.
