Amazing time today.  30 fish in three hours. Yup.    Highly recommended .  Captain Dave delivered.

If I only focused on our time on the water, I would give higher ratings to Camden Petzold and Stripers R Us. Camden was friendly and informative, and we caught a total of 10 stripers, including one keeper. The only complaint about the trip itself was that there was only one chair for two passengers. But my nephew and I really enjoyed our time on the water with Camden.

Unfortunately the trip ended on a very sour note. Camden told us exactly where to park in the Sesuit Harbor lot and to pay $10 at the parking machine. We followed his exact instructions. When the trip was finished and we returned to the car, there was a $50 ticket on the car because the area where he expressly told us to park apparently is reserved for cars with roof top boats. I informed Camden about this and to his credit he did talk to the harbor master, but he said there was nothing he could do about it. Since following his explicit instructions led to my getting a $50 ticket, I said that I thought I should get a refund for that amount.  He refused. I then offered to at least split the cost of the ticket as a matter of principle, and he again refused.

So a WARNING to anyone who has never been to Sesuit Harbor before, as was the case with me. Parking is VERY LIMITED and as I found out the hard way, it’s virtually impossible for a visitor who is just planning to go out on a charter for a few hours, despite whatever “instructions” you might be given.
