Had a great trip with Seth and Sean! Caught several fish including Red Snapper, Mahi Mahi, Gag Grouper, Amberjack, and Bonita. Invest in the $10 per person cost to get live bait. There’s a place near their slip that fillets the fish for $0.80/lb. Highly recommend you do that, then immediately go to Triple J’s Restaurant about a mile down to have them cook your catch. Get it blackened; it is delicious!

Capt. Seth was lightning quick to respond to our questions and specifics to make this fishing trip a memorable birthday experience. I really wanted to catch a Bonito, so the trolling to/from with the bottom fishing was perfect.  Shawn handled the deck duties and was so nice and patient with my 6-year old nephew - he had us ready to roll at each spot and pulling them out.

The fishing itself was really active - caught triggers, snapper, grouper, bonito (check that off the bucket-list) and the cherry on top…. fought a 6+ ft bullshark…crazy what we did in 6 hours.

Had a bunch of laughs, great conversation, and we were on fish the whole trip.  It was my nephew’s favorite part of our vacation too.  They cared about our enjoyment and experience and it really made the difference.  The boat was large and comfortable, well equipped for the whole family.

This is our 4th year in a row going with Capt Ellis charters and Capt Seth along with his amazing deck hand Shawn. This was our best trip yet! Many great sized snappers and memories to be had! Looking forward to our 5th trip next year! Thanks Seth and Shawn for a superb trip!

We had 5 adults and 2 kids, youngest was 6 and a half and his first time on a boat. Captain Seth was great, kept us right on fish and Sean kept our hooks baited and in the water. We caught a lot and a few of the trigger fish were actually keepers. Great time with Seth and Sean and we would definitely recommend. They were both very interactive with our whole group and made the trip out and back a lot of fun

Considering that only 2 out of the whole geoup has been deep sea fishing before. It was a first for everyone else. Captain and crew really showed us a good time! We had alot of fun and alot of fish! I deffinately recommand him, and next time i plan a trip he will be first on my list! Hoping to go again for snapper season! But will book with captain Seth in the future. Already have some of the guys from the group planning a trip and asking for him. That alone tells you they had alot of fun and a good experience with captain Seth! See you soon!
